• USL sells liquidation, overstock, closeout, and similar discounted merchandise. Product conditions are described on each product page.

• Product availability is limited and not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Quantities may be limited per customer.

• "List price," "MSRP," or comparable references reflect manufacturer suggested retail prices or typical market prices and are provided for comparison only.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown before you complete your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability; in such cases you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can occur.

5. Returns & Refunds
